The founding principal of Shenandoah Advisors, Jeff leads the company’s business development, and sales operations. His continuing vision has been to implement fully integrated marketing and sales programs that attract the world’s most discriminating clientele then brings them to finalized transactions for some of the more recognized developers in the real estate industry. Ultimately the trust we develop with our developer partners, clients and property owners leads to very successful communities.
Jeff’s unique skill is the ability to develop long-term relationships throughout the sales process. These relationships generate numerous clients and owners for the properties he represents. His relationship building ability allows for him to recruit sales teams with the right chemistry that produce exceptional results. His training and mentoring of talented sales professionals has resulted in a continued series of project sales successes that rivals the best in the industry. Jeff has the uncanny ability to read and anticipate the newest industry trends to enhance profitability for Developers.
With more than 20 years of sales and development experience, Jeff has managed and directed unique planning strategies for more than 600 million dollars worth of real estate development-ranging from large scale master planned communities, resort and residential condominiums, and private fractional residence properties/clubs. Jeff has played a pivotal role in over a billion dollars in domestic and international real estate sale transactions.
Education: B.S. degree in Communications, Political Science and Business from James Madison University and post-graduate work at George Washington University
Marshall is an accomplished real estate professional with a well established track record in commercial and residential development and sales. Marshall’s experience has allowed him to become highly effective in site analysis and land acquisitions for both commercial and residential projects. He has taken multiple projects from conception through full completion involving such tasks as zoning hearings and entitlement attainment, infrastructure planning, cost and budget formations, and construction and development management. His completed projects include luxury residential subdivisions, oceanfront and coastal golf-community projects, condominiums and office buildings.
Marshall is also experienced in the sales and marketing of luxury residential products, including international residence clubs and condominium hotels. He has developed and supervised effective marketing strategies including lead generation programs, national and regional advertising campaigns, and mass marketing programs. He has managed the sales programs for a full range of projects including raw land, individual lot sales, resort condominiums, multi family properties, single family attached and detached dwellings, office buildings and office condominiums.
Education: B.A. degree in Business Administration from Marietta College
Richard has been intricately involved in the planning and development of large scale, luxury resort and private residential projects throughout the United States. He has years of experience in sales, marketing and is dedicated to providing maximum attention and service on an elite level. He has successfully developed and supervised effective marketing strategies as well as the hiring and training of sales staff. He has been a leading real estate professional with a proven track record of success in residential and commercial lending with extensive experience in acquisition and development finance on the private and institutional level. He is well versed in all facets of real estate marketing having sold new home developments, individual lots, condo hotels and private residence clubs. This in depth ability to bring higher end projects to closure has been continually validated with personal sales in excess of $200,000,000 over the last decade.
Education: B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona
PollyAnna has over 12 years of successful sales experience in the luxury residential and developer resort communities in the following locations: the southern California coastal communities of Orange County, in and around some of the premier golf/lake communities of western North Carolina, and with two exclusive developments in the world-reknowned resort community of Telluride, Colorado. This experience has included sales of homes, land, and condominiums from coastal waterfront communities, to private amenitized master-planned ski and golf communities.
In addition to selling/contracting nearly $250M in luxury, resort properties, PollyAnna has effectively assisted in the development of numerous “relationship based” selling programs for three years with Shenandoah Advisors (SA) – for both national and international developer clients. By crafting and implementing effective “relationship based” marketing and sales programs, SA’s clients have seen success in – increased referrals, reduced advertising expenditures, and contracted sales in challenging economic environments.
Prior to working with Shenandoah Advisors, PollyAnna honed her selling skills as a Broker of luxury homes and estates along the southern California coast from Newport Beach to San Clemente, CA. First and foremost her dedication has always been to serving the needs and interests of her clients, while achieving all business targets. Over the past 9 years, she and her team have successfully negotiated over 300+ transactions in excess of $250M, deriving 78% of that production from referrals and repeat clientele.
Education: B.A. degree in Historic Preservation from University of Mary Washington, coursework completion for M.S. degree from University of Houston, and post-graduate work at the International Space University (Toulouse, France, and Kitakyushu, Japan)
Juli has a long track record of achievements in strategic planning. marketing, communications and complex project management in fields ranging from healthcare and banking to travel and resort real estate. A sampling of Juli’s experience conveys consistent ability to think strategically, coordinate multi-faceted staff, and manage high level of critical details. Working for the World Bank/International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C., Juli was assigned to coordinating project teams and overseeing budgets for tourism development for South America and health status improvement in Africa. In her almost two decades of work for federal, regional, and local healthcare clients, Juli conducted and analyzed countless qualitative and quantitative research projects to first assess market conditions and recommend strategies and later to evaluate effectiveness of actions. During her years with Woodward-Clyde Consultants, Juli oversaw production of site selection, concept development, and environmental impact studies for projects such as the 880-mile Alaska Pipeline, numerous nuclear power plants in North America, and OPEC-funded airports, hospitals, and resorts in Middle East.
Juli has worked on resort real estate projects in Canada, Mexico, as well as the Napa Valley, Palm Springs, San Juan Islands, Myrtle Beach, New England, Mackinac Island, and the Lake Tahoe area of the U.S.A. Key tasks included securing entitlements, developing positive sense of community and support for developer as controversial new phases were coming online, and revamping marketing and public relations to ignite sales.
Education: M.A. and B.A. degrees in Journalism, Political Science, and Public Relations from Loma Linda University and post-graduate work at U.C. Berkeley.
